What does a Certified Profit First Professional do?
As a Certified Profit First Professional, I wear many hats! A PFP Coach has the ability to analyze financial reports and trends in your cash flow to see potential barriers to your profitability. As a support person, we help small business owners stay accountable to the Profit First system — demystifying anything confusing or complicated about the method. As a steward and advocate of the brand, we help our clients implement "by the book" — while allowing for a healthy level of customization and creative solutions for your small business!
When did Holly join Beyond Your Books?
I joined the BYB team in late 2021 — after a year of being Certified in Profit First on my own, and after 5+ years of running the method in my own business! Beyond Your Books offered a place to expand my skill set beyond my own "niche" profession and work with many different business types. While small healthcare offices are still my favorite type of client, I LOVE working with other service based businesses: fitness studios, real estate/property management, IT consultants, photographers and marketing agencies. I am fascinated by all the "helpers" out there!
